WYSIWYG (pronounced whissy-wig) is an acronym for What You See Is What You Get. Microsoft Office is a WYSIWYG word processor.
As long as you have set things up correctly, the things you see on your screen will be what prints out on your page. Most of the time, though, you want to type out a page, and print it out.
